IT’S OKAY
Healing often feels wrong before it feels safe.
Eating more, resting more, thinking about food more, and watching your body change. 😵💫
These experiences can feel terrifying when you’ve spent so long surviving in restriction, control, or disconnection from your body. 🙃
But a lot of what people label as “losing control” in recovery is actually your body trying to restore balance. ☀️🌕
Your body is not trying to betray you, it’s trying to heal you. 🫶🏻
