Did you know that making non-dairy milk at home can be very easy and is much cheaper than storebought? To make your own, soak raw nuts, blend with water, and strain a few times. You can add in ingredients such as dates to make it a little sweeter.
Here are some of our favorite milks to make at homeβ¦
π₯ Oat milk - Oat milk can be a good source of nutrients, including protein, fiber, calcium, and riboflavin.
π₯ Hazelnut milk - Hazelnut milk has more than double the protein of standard unsweetened almond milk, making it a moderate addition to your diet
π₯ Soy milk - The protein in soy milk is healthy, plant-based, and can help support healthy muscles and organs. Soy milk is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are βhealthyβ fats that your body cannot form on its own.
