Everyday I meet with patients in my office who are upset or even in tears, worried so much that they are not young enough, fertile enough, deserving enough, or that they might not have enough eggs or time left to create a baby. Knowing that you are already MORE than enough (and really believing that!) is a necessary step on a fulfilling life path, and especially on the path to parenthood. 🤰🏻

Allowing ourselves to be enough already, before we reach our next goal, suggests that we’re accepting of ourselves as we are. We don’t *need* a baby or a partner to make us complete, whole or happy…

Accepting our lives as good enough means that those additional life experiences are just that: experiences which will add to an already-fulfilled life.

Once you see yourself as enough, it becomes easier to spiritually awaken to the future good making its way to you.

When you perceive your life as good enough already, you’ll find that you have the energy to pursue a life you enjoy – and find that it’s easier to trust that the universe is conspiring to provide you with the next life blessing. 🙏🏼

The concept of being a “well” woman came to me when I left an unhealthy relationship and proclaimed that I deserved better in my life… That decision to uplevel into the best version of myself was the catalyst for more good than I could’ve imagined. I soon found myself helping other women reach for their personal best – in the context of using and counseling to prepare mentally, spiritually and physically to conceive and carry a healthy baby. But now the OG “well women” and I are all grown up. We’re in the next chapters of our lives, and it’s my hope that the concepts my BFF Anna and I inserted all those years back (ie. wholeness, stillness, self-love, balance, empowerment, and uncovering the joy that comes from overcoming challenges) are still with the well women today.

Becoming a well woman is very . It’s all about transformation. Rising from the ashes. Reframing the hard times into opportunities. Allowing the personal discovery work to break your heart open by showing the strength you’re cultivating each day that you don’t give up.

Making the decision to change your life for the better – that’s what it means to become a well woman.

Reconciling old wounds and fears we’ve “stored” in our bodies over time can be challenging; but it’s worth the effort - particularly when we’re preparing for pregnancy. In the west, we’re not taught how to effectively move through pain, changes, loss, or disappointment. Nor does our culture prepare us to view these transitions as a part of a healthy and full life.

We are only recently coming into the awareness that the mind-body connection is real. The significance of a mind-body, “holistic” approach implies that our emotions directly impact our health.

Neglected emotional pain that is stuffed down and avoided can persist for years and may manifest as uterine polyps, , autoimmune conditions, fibroids, or .

The uterus, as the “second heart”, is intended to be a processing center that allows feelings to be acknowledged, and lessons integrated, so that more joy can be experienced. In the case of , a woman who’s ready to tackle her unresolved feelings will courageously confront her fears and insecurities, take steps to resolve grief, and look for ways to fulfill other desires in life to experience joy in the meantime.

Unresolved emotions need to be transformed into life lessons, stuck feelings can be released, and challenges can be reframed… Approaching fertility from this new perspective will speed up the process of healing your womb into a more welcoming space for baby.

About last weekend… our 1st community event at - what a blast!💥 This was a fun 1st for me: to moderate exciting panel discussions in the areas of:

✨male fertility
✨IVF treatments
✨unexplained infertility
✨patient empowerment
✨teen girl bonding
✨menopause
✨hormone replacement
✨HRT alternatives

It was a full weekend of “all things holistic”, including conversations about how women can start destigmatizing the shame associated with these life chapters, and how to begin redirecting thoughts of doubt and hopelessness.

A huge THANK YOU to all the guests and panelists who spent their weekend with us on the wellpeople patio!

Excited to share this very personal interview with Lauren Lobley on . I spoke candidly about some of my most challenging, private moments along my journey to Kira & Jack… and how the “infertility journey” continues for me now as a single mom of two kids, determined to help other women recover their lost faith and Fertile Confidence. The interview reveals how a diagnosis of infertility turned my world upside down and set me on a path I’d never expected, yet revealed all the makings of my life purpose. This inspirational interview is one worth listening to while you’re traveling home for the holidays! ❄️🦃🙏🏼

I had a great convo yesterday with - founder of loomhq.com. Together we’re shining light on the missing components of women’s health, starting with in particular. The time has come for us to align and uncover more ways to support women and people with ovaries going through the process and at their time of need. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Erica and I met five years ago. We’re both crazy busy, but I’ve always been excited to support her as she propels the topic of “body literacy” and why it’s important to empower women at all ages and stages of life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our missions are divinely juxtaposed to reach the similar goal of empowering women by providing information that normalizes and stabilizes. When women share knowledge, everybody benefits. 🙌🏽🙌🏼🙌🏾🙌🙌🏻⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stay tuned for more info in the new year. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
