Join Shawn for a soulful evening of singing the sacred names of the divine. This practice elevates consciousness and helps to sink deeper into realizing the love and presence that is already all around us. Singing is one of the simplest and easiest ways to open the heart, experience and heal repressed emotions, and come into the bliss and joy of existence. Through this practice, you will notice yourself becoming more loving, open, and happy in your day-to-day life.

Kirtan is a part of Bhakti Yoga, a practice of selfless devotion and recognition of the sacred and divinity in everything. In Kirtan, we sing Mantras: mystical universal sounds that help us resonate with deeper frequencies of love and awareness. Through chanting together, we practice sinking deeper into devotion and a love for everything as it is.

There will be drums and symbols available for you to play, and feel free to bring your own instruments as well! With melodies inspired by the wonderful “Krishna Das”, each song is heartfelt and easy-to-follow, so even if this is your first time singing, you’re more than welcome to join and we’d love to have you!
