If we can learn to let go, then we will be free. Write a list down of the different things your attached to. It can be people, places, things or ideas. When you are done writing your list, reorganise them from the one that is causing you the most suffering to the least. Take each one and do the necessary inner work. This isn't a linear healing process. It could take hours, weeks, months or years. The key is being real woth yourself and facing your demons. Best of luck!
