‼️ Seeking a Collaborating NP / PA | California ‼️

I’m currently seeking a collaborating Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to partner with Eze Optimal Health Collective as we expand our mobile diagnostics, wellness testing, and preventive health services.

Our vision is to build a more accessible, elevated model of care that supports:

• Mobile phlebotomy & specimen collection
• Preventive and diagnostic lab testing support
• Biomarker-based wellness services
• Biometric and occupational screenings
• Telehealth-based follow-up support when appropriate
• Functional medicine-aligned wellness pathways

I’m looking for a provider who is:

✔️ Licensed in California
✔️ Open to a contract or collaboration-based partnership
✔️ Comfortable supporting wellness diagnostics and compliant follow-up pathways
✔️ Interested in preventive, integrative, or functional wellness models
✔️ Passionate about helping build something impactful and patient-centered
