I think one of the weirdest parts about getting older as a woman…
is realizing how much of your life was spent rushing 😅
Rushing through mornings.
Rushing through meals.
Rushing through stress.
Rushing to take care of everyone else before yourself.
And then one day your body starts saying:
“Hey… we can’t keep doing this anymore.”
Honestly?
That’s not weakness.
That’s wisdom.
These days I’m learning that feeling healthy isn’t always about doing MORE.
Sometimes it’s:
👉 sitting outside for 10 minutes
👉 eating a real breakfast
👉 getting enough sleep
👉 saying no without guilt
👉 laughing more
👉 slowing down enough to actually breathe
And maybe that sounds simple…
but simple can change your life.
