Reflection: You do not have to shrink to belong.

As June begins and we recognize and , it's a reminder that belonging should never require you to hide parts of yourself.

Many of us learn to make ourselves smaller to fit expectations, avoid judgment, or maintain acceptance. We silence our voices, minimize our needs, or hide pieces of our identity in order to feel safe.

But authentic connection is built when we allow ourselves to be seen.

Reflection: Healing was never meant to be carried alone.

Sometimes strength looks like asking for support.
Sometimes it looks like letting yourself be seen.
Sometimes it looks like admitting you’re tired of carrying everything by yourself.

You do not have to hold every burden in silence.
Support, care, community, prayer, and safe spaces matter too.

There is nothing weak about needing connection.
We were never meant to navigate life entirely on our own.

Mother’s Day holds a lot of space for a lot of different hearts. For some, it’s a day of loud celebration; for others, it’s a day of quiet endurance, healing, or remembrance.

No matter where you fall on the map of motherhood, you are seen, you are loved, and you are held. Swipe through for a prayer of renewal and strength.

Reflection: Peace often begins with what you choose to release.

Some things need tending.
Some things need boundaries.
Some things simply need to be put down.

Not everything needs your energy tonight.

- You are allowed to be rooted, not rushed.

With Ta**us season officially upon us♉️, it’s a reminder that moving slowly and staying grounded is not a weakness; it’s intentional.

Grounding yourself is not falling behind.
It’s creating stability.
It’s tending to your needs.
It’s allowing your mind and body to settle instead of staying in a constant state of urgency.

Growth does not have to be rushed to be meaningful. Some of the most lasting changes happen slowly, quietly, and with intention.

You don’t have to have all the answers today. But you can begin by giving yourself permission to move at a pace that actually supports you.

What helps you feel most grounded right now?

Reflection: Rest is part of healing.

Not everything has to be processed, solved, or figured out all at once.
Sometimes the most supportive thing you can do for yourself is to slow down… and allow yourself to rest.

Rest is not avoidance.
It is a requirement.
It is restoration.
It is care.
It is giving your mind and body space to recover, reset, and breathe.

You don’t have to carry everything into tomorrow.
Some things can wait.
Some things will make more sense after you’ve given yourself permission to pause.

Tonight, let rest be enough.

What would it look like to truly allow yourself to rest?

- Not everything is yours to carry.

Some of what you’re holding was never meant to stay in your hands this long...old expectations, emotional weight, responsibility for things outside of your control, or even feelings you’ve been taught to over-own.

Release does not mean you don’t care.
It means you’re learning discernment.
It means you’re learning boundaries.
It means you’re learning yourself.

You are allowed to put things down without explaining why.
You are allowed to soften without losing strength.
You are allowed to breathe without bracing for what’s next.

You don’t have to have all the answers today.
But you can ask yourself: What is mine to carry, and what is not?

What would it feel like to release what isn’t yours?

You already know more than you think.

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, we’re reminded that women have always carried wisdom, strength, and discernment, often before the world acknowledged it.

And that same truth lives in you.

Sometimes we move through life second-guessing ourselves, waiting for certainty, clarity, or permission before we trust what we feel.

But growth often looks like learning to listen to yourself more closely.

It’s recognizing the patterns you’ve outgrown.
It’s noticing what no longer aligns.
It’s trusting the quiet nudges that guide you, even when you can’t fully explain them yet.

You don’t have to have all the answers today.
But you can begin by trusting that you are not starting from nothing.

There is already wisdom within you.

What is something you already know deep down, but are still learning to trust? 🧐
