👩🍳💚🥑⚖️✨In May’s class we will be making guacamole & homemade tortillas for Cinco de Mayo. We will also be playing food games using our 5 Senses called “Guess the Snack”! Learn about nutrition and how mindful eating improves your metabolism. This class combines creative thinking and cooking. It’s a hands-on class that teaches you how to enjoy meals more and get in tune with your body while learning the benefits of mindful eating.
