Today we understand that healthy fats play an important role in supporting the bodyโ€™s daily functions and long-term wellness.

For many years, dietary fat was treated as something to avoid.

โ€œLow-fatโ€ and โ€œfat-freeโ€ became common labels on grocery store shelves, leading many people to believe that eating fat was harmful to overall health.

But our understanding of nutrition has evolved.

The truth is, the body requires healthy fats to function properly.

Healthy fats help support:

โ€ข hormone production
โ€ข brain function
โ€ข nutrient absorption (especially vitamins A, D, E, and K)
โ€ข sustained energy
โ€ข cell structure and repair

Foods such as olive oil, fatty fish, nuts, and seeds provide beneficial fats that can support heart health and metabolic balance when included as part of a balanced diet.

In contrast, highly processed foods and excessive fried foods may contribute to inflammation and metabolic strain when consumed frequently.

Meanwhile your nervous system is over there like:

If youโ€™ve known me through fashion, entertainment, or simply life over the years, you might not know that behind the scenes Iโ€™ve also spent a long time studying and supporting something else I care deeply about: health and wellness.

For years, Iโ€™ve been the person friends, friends of friends, and family call when something in their body just isnโ€™t working the way it should.

The one saying:

Try this instead.

Energy returns.
