This time of the year might not be merry for all of us. For a lot of us, this time can remind us of painful memories, personal loses, or simply we do not have the bandwidth to be cheerful. Whatever the case is for you, love and embrace yourself. All your experiences and tribulations have brought you this far and you are marvelous! Have compassion for your process!
