Spinach Cucumber Boost Smoothie 🥬🥒
Ingredients:
- 🥬 1 cup fresh spinach (packed with vitamins & minerals)
- 🥒 1 small cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- � ½ green apple (adds a touch of natural sweetness)
- � Juice of ½ lemon (for a zesty, refreshing kick)
- 🥥 1 cup coconut water (keeps you hydrated)
- 🧊 ½ cup ice (for a cool, refreshing texture)
- 🥄 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (rich in fiber & omega-3s)
- 🍯 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 🌿 Fresh mint leaves (optional, for an extra burst of freshness)
Instructions:
1. Add the spinach, cucumber, green apple, lemon juice, and coconut water to a blender
2. Toss in the ice, chia seeds (or flaxseeds), and optional honey or agave syrup.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. If desired, add a few fresh mint leaves and blend briefly for extra freshness.
5. Pour into a glass, garnish with a slice of cucumber or a mint sprig, and enjoy your nutrient-packed, refreshing smoothie!
