It’s so natural for us to base our self worth on our appearance, but truly loving yourself comes from a deep acceptance and appreciation for the beautiful miracle that is YOU.

We see clients that want our support with weight loss daily.

It’s tough. We know. We’ve been there.

There’s so much information out there on how to lose weight and keep it off, it’s hard to figure out what works and what’s right for you.

But even if you have the right information, you might still struggle with excess weight... We often overlook the fact that health is just as complex as the human body. There are so many levers of health that we need to keep balanced in order for everything to flow 💫 Something that’s off in one area can easily impact another.. And if there’s something that’s not right - gut health, lack of sleep, negative mindset, thyroid health, internal and external stressors - getting results can be a MAJOR challenge.

So you have two choices…

Keep testing things out for 3 months, lose some weight, and put it back on.

OR…. Invest in yourself and work with someone who will address the whole issue for you.

Crispy Ginger Tamari Bok Choy 🥬

One of our favorite vegan hacks is to look at one veggie and figure out how to make it delicious all on its own. Ginger has powerful medicinal properties (anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, high in antioxidants) and using bok choy is an amazing way to get different nutrient-dense greens into your body.

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine 3 tbs sesame oil, 2 tbs tamari, 1 tbs minced ginger, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp chili powder, pepper to taste

2. Wash and cut bok choy

3. Lay it out on baking sheet

4. Brush mixture on

5. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes

6. Enjoy

Be extra loving to yourself 🤍 Some days we hop out of bed with a bunch of energy and want to take the world on. Other days we wake up feeling unmotivated like we need a pick up.
