Relax + Sleep was made to mix into warm water or milk, but your nightly ritual doesn’t have to taste the same every night.
This one is our Salted Maple Sleep Latte, inspired by the same reason salted caramel works so well. A tiny pinch of salt balances the sweetness, smooths the herbal notes, and brings out the cozy red date flavor.

Ingredients:
1 sachet Relax + Sleep
3/4 cup milk of choice
2 teaspoon maple syrup
Small pinch of fine salt (literally a pinch between fingers)
Tiny dash cinnamon (for topping)

Recipe:
Add maple syrup, a small pinch of salt, 1 sachet Relax + Sleep, and 3/4 cup warm milk of choice. Froth or blend until smooth, then finish with a light dusting of cinnamon on top.

Spring is moving toward early summer, which means the body is also shifting. The energy of the season becomes more upward, warm, and active, but the weather can still feel damp, heavy, or inconsistent.⁠

But May can also be a little confusing for the body. One day feels fresh and breezy, the next feels warm, humid, and heavy. In TCM, that seasonal dampness can make your system feel a bit stuck.⁠

You might notice more bloating, puffiness, brain fog, sluggish digestion, or that “why am I tired when it’s so nice outside?” feeling.⁠

With guidance from TCM practitioner , we shared a holistic approach to daily energy through Energy + Immunity, introducing its ingredients alongside Traditional Chinese Medicine insights, acupressure points, and practical wellness rituals to support energy and balance in everyday life.⁠

We were also so happy to bring this collaboration to life through special drinks created with NOOCI x .hk , adding an energising and thoughtful touch to the morning.⁠
