Powered by neurodivergent team members, Sip & Scoop is bringing great treats, meaningful engagement, and workforce opportunities directly into the community through LA Inclusive activations and events across Los Angeles.

From ice cream and coffee to connection and conversation, Sip & Scoop is all about creating experiences that bring people together while highlighting the talents of individuals with developmental disabilities.

This is what LA looks like when it shows up 🌍

Tonight, families, neighbors, community leaders, and soccer fans came together in Pasadena for our LA Inclusive Metro Watch Party, proving once again that inclusion belongs at the center of every major moment in our city.

In partnership with LA Metro, we welcomed the community to celebrate the FIFA World Cup while creating a space where everyone could participate, connect, and belong. From face painting and interactive activities to giveaways, games, and shared moments with friends and family, the energy throughout the evening was a reminder of what happens when community comes together with purpose.

We were especially proud to introduce the new Special Flavours Ice Cream & Coffee Carts, showcasing the next chapter of our workforce development efforts. Every scoop served and every cup poured represents meaningful employment opportunities, skill development, and pathways to economic empowerment for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Events like these are about more than gathering. They are about visibility. They are about opportunity. They are about creating experiences where disability inclusion is not an afterthought, but an expectation.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, to our incredible Activation Specialists and Flavouristas, and to our partners at Metro LA for helping make this evening possible.

We’re live at the LA Inclusive Metro Watch Party! 🌍⚽

Tonight is about bringing community together through connection, inclusion, and celebration as families gather to enjoy the FIFA World Cup matches alongside our partners at Metro LA.

We’re also excited to be showcasing the new Special Flavours Ice Cream & Coffee Carts, an expansion of our workforce development efforts that create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities.
