Earlier this month, I had the opportunity to lead a Sound Bath Meditation experience for the amazing just one day before the Grammy’s ✨
It was a beautiful moment of stillness amidst the excitement, a chance to pause and reconnect before such a high energy event.
I often find that when people arrive, the energy is restless, reflecting the fast pace of life.
That’s why I love to begin with gentle breathwork, guiding others to their breath as a bridge between body and mind 🌬️
There’s a certain magic in blending these modalities, how the rhythm of the breath softens the mind, creating space for the vibrations of sound to sink deeper.
As the senses slow down, the body becomes more receptive and the healing power of sound can truly be felt. 🧘🏻♀️
After the session, a woman approached me, eyes glowing with a renewed sense of awareness. She shared how she felt the vibrations in her root and crown chakras, a sensation that reawakened something deep within her. She had once practiced Vipassana meditation and this experience reignited her desire to connect within to that infinite well of peace that exists in all of us. 🪷
These moments remind me of why I do this work. I am deeply grateful to share this practice, to create spaces for connection, healing, and self discovery. ✨
Lately, I’ve been offering these experiences for private group events, a lovely way to celebrate birthdays, showers, bachelorettes, or simply time together with loved ones.
If you’re looking for something special, reach out. I’d love to hold space for you. 🧡
