Let me say this in the most loving and honest way I know how…

You don’t have a clarity problem.
You have a hesitation habit.

And I get it - because I lived there for a long time.
I was the woman who knew.

Knew what needed to be said.
Knew what decision needed to be made.
And still paused.

Told myself I was being thoughtful. Strategic.
Wanted to make sure I got it “right.”
Didn’t want to be too much, too fast, too certain.

Meanwhile?

I was walking out of rooms thinking,
“Why didn’t I just say it?”

That’s the part we don’t talk about enough.

Because on paper, it looks like you’re doing everything right.

But in real time?

You’re hesitating in the exact moments that define your leadership.

And that hesitation… it adds up.
It shapes how people see you.
It shapes how decisions get made around you.
It shapes how much you trust yourself.

This is why I do the work I do.
Not to give you more confidence.

But to help you stop abandoning yourself
in the moment you already know.

Because once you close that gap?
Everything changes.

If you’re reading this and thinking,
“Okay… yeah, this is me.”

Send me a message.

We’ll get honest about where you’re hesitating -
and what it’s actually costing you.

What if confidence was never the problem?

In this episode, I sit down with Jess Weiner to unpack something we don’t talk about enough:

Women aren’t lacking confidence.
We’ve been taught to interrupt it.

From an early age, we learn to monitor, adjust, soften, and perform - especially in the moments where leadership actually requires clarity and decision.

And then we call that a “confidence issue.”
It’s not.
It’s conditioning.

We talk about:

💥 The cost of constant self-editing
💥 How body image and leadership are more connected than we think
💥 Why confidence isn’t missing - it’s been disrupted
💥 And what it really looks like to unlearn these patterns as an adult

If you’ve ever second-guessed what you know… this one’s for you.

I’m building a room that will change how women lead.

And no - this isn’t another “empowerment weekend.”

It’s a 3-day live experience where hesitation gets exposed in real time - and replaced with actual decision-making, ownership, and authority.

Here’s the part most people skip:

Experiences like this don’t come together because someone had a cute idea.

They’re built.
With intention. With pressure. With people who can actually execute.

So I’m opening up 5 internship / apprenticeship roles to help build this from the ground up.

And let’s be clear…

This is not for someone who wants a title.

It’s not for someone who needs constant direction.

And it’s definitely not for someone looking for something easy.

You’ll be in it.

Building the experience
Creating the content
Supporting the room in real time
Seeing exactly what it takes to execute something at this level

This is for the person who:
Moves before they feel fully ready
Figures things out without waiting to be told
Wants proximity to real work - not performative “intern” tasks

You’ll get:
A front-row seat to how I build and lead
Real responsibility
Access to a room most people don’t get into

If that excites you - you’re probably a fit.
If it intimidates you - you’re probably exactly who this is for.

If you get it, you won’t overthink this.

You’re really out here expecting yourself to be perfect…
in situations you’ve never even been in before.

Be serious for a second.

No one watches a baby fall while learning to walk and thinks,

“Yeah… maybe this just isn’t for you.”

But the moment you hesitate in a meeting, second-guess a decision, or feel unsure stepping into leadership…
suddenly it’s:

“Am I even cut out for this?”

That’s not truth. That’s conditioning.

You’re not failing.
You’re in the stretch.

Leadership will bring up parts of you you’ve never had to face before -
and instead of meeting that with grace, we meet it with judgment.

What if you didn’t?
What if you trusted that you’re learning in real time…
and that the fall is part of the becoming?

Because it is.

This is the kind of goal you usually keep to yourself…
I want to be on a TEDx stage this year. In Atlanta, specifically!

And if I’m honest, even saying that out loud brings up a lot. The voice that goes:

“Are you actually ready for that?”
“What if it doesn’t happen?”

I know I’m not the only one who has that voice.
Which is exactly why I’m sharing this.

Because most of us don’t actually struggle with dreaming big…
we struggle with saying the specific thing we want.

We keep it just vague enough to stay safe.
“I want to speak more.”
“I want to grow my visibility.”
“I want to do something bigger.”

But we stop short of naming the real goal.

The one that feels a little uncomfortable.
The one that might not work out.
The one that would actually change something if it did.

Here’s what I’m doing differently:
I’m getting specific.
→ What’s the idea I actually want to share?
→ Where does it belong?
→ Who needs to hear it?

And then I’m moving - before I feel fully ready.
Sharing more.
Testing ideas.
Letting people see me in the process.

Because if there’s one thing I’ve seen -working with women across 30+ countries - it’s this: #

It’s rarely a lack of ability.
It’s the pause.
The second-guessing.
The “maybe later.”
And that pause quietly costs us more than we realize.

So this is me not waiting.
I want to give a TEDx talk this year.
And I’m willing to be seen trying.

If you’ve been sitting on a goal you keep softening or keeping to yourself…

Say the real thing.
What do you actually want?

Let’s tell the truth for a second.

You’re not “bad under pressure.”
You’re not “uncertain.”
You’re not “behind.”

You’ve just gotten really good at doubting yourself
before you do the thing you’ve already proven you can handle.

Because if we look at the actual track record…

You figure it out. Every. Single. Time.

The problem isn’t your ability.
It’s the hesitation before you trust it.

And that hesitation?

That’s what’s costing you time, energy, and way too much mental space.

What would change if you moved like someone who already knows she’s going to figure it out anyway?

Be honest with me:

What’s something you’re overthinking right now that you know you’ll eventually figure out?

Or just comment “figure it out” if this hit a little too close to home.

04/09/2026

Here’s the thing no one really glamorizes about growth:

It’s not always fast.
It’s not always clear.
And it definitely doesn’t always feel good.

Lately, I’ve been sitting in the discomfort.

Not rushing to figure it out.
Not forcing clarity just so I can feel “on track.”
Not pretending I have the next move perfectly mapped.

And if I’m honest? That’s been the hardest part.

Being in the Black Women in Business program funded by Goldman Sachs program has stretched me in ways I expected - strategy, structure, thinking bigger.

But what I didn’t expect…
was how much it would make me look back.

At the past 6 years of building this business without a blueprint.

Without a clear roadmap.
Without anyone handing me the “right” way to do it.

Just instinct.
Just belief.
Just figuring it out in real time.

And instead of judging that…
I’m actually appreciating it.

Because that version of me?

She didn’t wait until she felt ready.
She didn’t wait until it made perfect sense.
She moved anyway.

We love to celebrate clarity.
But I’m starting to respect the season before it.

The one where you slow down.
Where things feel uncertain.
Where you don’t have the answers yet—but you’re still here.

Still choosing.
Still showing up.
Still trusting yourself in a different way.

Maybe this isn’t a phase to rush through.
Maybe this is the work.

Shoutout to Bola, my Business Adviser, (Bola Audena) who has been meeting with me weekly and asking the touuuugghhh questions. And they are so needed.

Because the clarity may not be here yet, but I fully trust it’s coming.

If you’re in a moment where things feel unclear, heavy, or slower than you’d like…
you’re not behind.

You’re just in it.

And there’s something here you’re meant to see before the next level makes sense.

I’m thinking of going live right here soon on this topic. Drop a 🙌🏼 if you wanna hear from me on this.

Let’s stop calling this a confidence issue.
You don’t need more affirmations.

You need to stop hesitating in the moments that actually define your leadership.

I see this every day - brilliant, capable women who already know the answer…
but pause, soften, or defer right when it matters most.
And that hesitation?

It’s quietly costing you authority, visibility, and momentum.

So I built something to call this out directly:

The Decision Authority Assessment - a diagnostic that shows you exactly where you’re holding back and how to shift it in real time.

I’m looking for 10 women leaders to test this as case studies.

Not for the curious.
For the ones who are done playing small in the moments that count.

Comment DECIDE or DM me. And I’ll send you details. Four of the 10 have already been grabbed.

04/01/2026

And for sign 7️⃣…

you trust your “NO” without needing a reason.

There’s a version of confidence no one talks about.

It’s not louder.
It’s not more polished.
It’s not trying to prove anything.
It’s quieter than that.

It looks like sitting in your car, listening to the rain…
and not feeling the need to fill the space.

Not rehearsing what you should’ve said.
Not rewriting who you are to be easier to digest.
Just being.

Most women were taught that confidence meant:
Be agreeable.
Be prepared.
Be impressive.
Be liked.

So we mastered it.

And then wondered why we were exhausted.

Because that version of “confidence” is still performance.

What you’re stepping into now?
Is something else entirely.

It’s the moment you realize:
You don’t need to be easier to lead, easier to like, or easier to understand.
You just need to be honest.

And yes 🙋🏻‍♀️
people will feel that shift.

Some will call it distance.
Some will call it attitude.
Some will call it “you’ve changed.”
Good.

You didn’t come this far to stay digestible.
You came here to be unapologetic.

I have 2 spots left in my calendar this quarter to work with women 1:1 on how to step into their most unapologetic self. Comment UNAPOLOGETIC and I’ll send you the information.

04/01/2026

Let’s tell the truth for a second.

You can have the career.
The title.
The self-awareness.
The language.
The tools.
And still feel… tired.

Not “I need a vacation” tired.
I’m talking about the kind of tired that comes from constantly performing…

performing leadership, performing confidence, performing like you have it all together.

Because somewhere along the way, winning became about proving something.

Hitting the mark.
Getting it right.
Being seen a certain way.

And no one told you that kind of winning?
It drains you.

In this episode of Embracing Enough, I sit down Paul Lubicz from and we go straight at it:

👉 What happens when resilience turns into self-abandonment
👉 When discipline quietly becomes disconnection
👉 When you know all the tools… but don’t trust your own signal

This conversation isn’t about becoming better.
It’s about getting honest.
Because the shift isn’t more effort.

It’s this:
When winning is based on an external force, it’s depleting.
But when it’s aligned, honest, and fully yours - it stops being performance and starts being expression.

If you’ve ever walked out of a meeting replaying everything you said…

If you’re tired of holding it all together while quietly questioning yourself…

If you know there’s a version of you that feels more true than this -

This one’s for you.

I used to think ordering off the menu was… a lot.

Now I realize it’s a power move.

Because the same way we sit quietly choosing what’s available at a restaurant…

We do it in our lives.

We take the role we’re given.
The salary they offer.
The dynamic that’s already been set.
We adjust. We accommodate. We make it work.

Instead of asking:
“What would this look like if it actually worked for me?”

She didn’t ask if it was allowed.
She assumed it was.

That’s the shift.
The menu isn’t the limit.

It’s just the starting point.
