Heading to the for the final weekend? 🎡

A full day at the fair means sunshine, walking, dust, rides, food, and a lot of time on your feet, so a little planning can go a long way.

Check the weather, protect your skin, stay hydrated, wear comfortable shoes, and pack the small things that can make your day easier, like allergy medicine, hand sanitizer, blister pads, and a light layer for later.

Have fun, take breaks when you need them, and listen to your body while you enjoy the last weekend of the fair.

Thinking of all our friends, neighbors, and communities near the fires. We hope you’re staying safe and taking care of yourselves.

When there’s smoke in the air, protecting your lungs matters, especially for children, older adults, pregnant people, and anyone with asthma, COPD, heart conditions, or other respiratory concerns.

Try to limit exposure where you can, check your local air quality before heading out, and seek care if symptoms start to feel concerning.

If you’re experiencing severe trouble breathing, chest pain, confusion, or symptoms that feel life-threatening, call 911 or go to the ER.

Stay safe, Southern California.

For Daniela, healthcare is rooted in connection.

From talking with patients to hearing their stories, she finds meaning in the moments that make each visit more personal.

This Urgent Care Awareness Month, we’re spotlighting some of the people behind the care.

05/15/2026

Why healthcare? For Daniel, it’s always felt personal.

As a kid, he would go with his mom to work in the ER, where he first fell in love with the field. Years later, that early exposure helped shape his own path into patient care.

This Urgent Care Awareness Month, we’re sharing a few of the stories of the people behind the care.

Not every urgent health concern belongs in the ER. 🏥 That’s where urgent care comes in. 🩺

For non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, urgent care helps bridge the gap between primary care and the emergency room, making it easier to get timely, high-quality care when you need it. This , we’re highlighting the role urgent care plays in helping patients get care for things like sprains, fevers, minor cuts, infections, coughs, rashes, and more.

Walk in or book ahead at your nearest Exer. Open daily, 8–8.

🚨REMINDER: If you’re experiencing chest pain, severe trouble breathing, signs of stroke, major trauma, heavy bleeding, or any life- or limb-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the ER.
