Cashew Chicken
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
1/2 cup roasted cashews
1 bell pepper, diced
3 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp garlic, minced
Directions
1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
3. Add bell pepper and green onions.
4. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and garlic.
5. Toss in roasted cashews and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot over rice.

Crispy Chili Chicken
Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs, cut up
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chili paste
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Directions
1. Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch.
2. Fry until crispy and golden brown.
3. In a pan, combine soy sauce, chili paste, honey, garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes.
4. Simmer sauce for 2 minutes.
5. Toss crispy chicken in sauce until coated.
6. Garnish with green onions and serve.

Sesame Chicken
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, battered
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
1. Fry battered chicken pieces until crispy.
2. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil.
3. Simmer until slightly thickened.
4. Toss fried chicken in sauce.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
6. Serve with steamed rice.

Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mirin
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
1. Cook chicken in a skillet until browned.
2. Add soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
3. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until sauce thickens.
4. Stir in sesame oil.
5. Spoon sauce over chicken while cooking.
6. Serve warm with rice or noodles.

Lemon Chicken
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, battered
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
Directions
1. Fry battered chicken until golden and crispy.
2. In a saucepan, combine lemon juice, broth, sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest, and garlic.
3. Cook until sauce thickens.
4. Toss crispy chicken in lemon sauce.
5. Simmer for 1 minute until glossy.
6. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
