No, parasites aren’t the root cause of your gut issues.
There’s a difference between a cause and a root cause.

Picture this: You have diarrhea every day. The cause might be a gut infection. But the ROOT cause is that you’ve been eating in a sympathetic state: rushed, stressed and on the go for most of your life. This suppressed your gastric juices and made your gut more vulnerable to infection in the first place.

Eradicating the infection helps. But if the nervous system pattern doesn’t change, the infection comes back (again, because your body is vulnerable to it!).

If you have IBS, gastritis, or chronic bloating and you’re taking probiotics — they’re probably not doing what you think they are. Probiotics work when your gut is already functioning well. They’re the accessory that elevates the outfit, not the outfit itself. They don’t repair a damaged gut lining, they don’t fix low stomach acid, and they won’t resolve an active infection. That’s not what they’re designed to do.

The most overlooked thing that’s making your symptoms worse costs nothing: it’s HOW you eat, not what you eat. Eating distracted — scrolling, driving, working — shuts down your digestive system before food even hits your stomach. I’ve listened to over 200 stories of women handling their gut issues, dealing with the system, and feeling utterly frustrated for never having answers to what’s going on inside of them.

I’ve been that woman.

I am that woman.

And what I’ve come know is that women who work their a$$ off trying to heal are already 10 steps ahead, but in the wrong direction.

What is healing could be more fun, cheaper, and more intuitive?
