Jessica is a passionate bodyworker from Houston, TX. She comes from a family of massage therapists on her Polish side and often says she learned the art of caregiving from the very best teacher: her Mom. She was drawn to massage therapy as a path to make a difference in a tangible way. She brings warmth, intuition, and a sense of ease into her work, and considers it a true privilege to be a part of each clientās wellness journey.
Jessicaās approach to bodywork is integrative and highly individualized. She believes there is no āone size fits allā when it comes to bodywork, and thoughtfully tailors each session to meet her clientsā physical, emotional, and energetic needs. Her practice is inclusive and welcoming to all bodies, identities, and abilities, with a focus on creating a safe, calming space where clients can fully relax and be themselves. She graduated at the top of her class from the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage in Austin, TX, and continues to deepen her training in specialized modalities. Jessica is a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner and is Perinatal Massage Certified through Carole Osborneās 32-hour program. She is especially passionate about perinatal careāparticularly the 4th trimesterāand feels honored to support clients through such a transformative time. Her offerings include prenatal and postnatal massage, manual lymphatic drainage, scar tissue work, and customized therapeutic sessions incorporating Swedish and deep tissue techniques. Outside of her work as a bodyworker⦠you can find her hiking with her husband (they met on Kilimanjaro after all!), chillin on a beach, cuddling her cats Fred and Lucy, watercoloring and making handmade cards, cooking and baking, traveling and taking pics of flowers, and performing.
