My man made this healthy delicious dinner last night and I can’t get over how good and filling it was…Protein lettuce cups, Baked teriyaki salmon w/ fresh herbs and guacamole w/ baked kepo tortilla chips.
He is reminding how to eat clean healthy food w/ out skipping meals/snacks to speed up my metabolism. It’s working and from now on I will listen to him 🤣 when it comes to healthy meals and working out…

Today it’s been announced that will be re-opening this weekend 🙌. I will be going back to doing what I love, providing skincare services, re-connecting with our clients and getting back to “normal” life.
I’m very grateful to be part of the beauty, health & wellness industry!!!
