I was NOT expecting to hear this… 🥹

While treating my legs with ONDA, my doctor looked at my skin and said: Your skin looks like you’re 30.

I’m 58 years old.

Moments like this remind me that consistency pays off. Years of prioritizing healthy aging, skincare, strength training, nutrition, and investing in the latest technology have completely changed how I age.

Behind every surgery is a woman with her own story, her own reasons, and her own expectations for this experience.

And while the procedures themselves are handled by independent medical professionals, what happens outside the operating room matters to us, too. ✨

From accompanying our guests to their appointments to helping them get settled back at the hotel, checking in on them, and making sure they have the everyday support they need, these are some of the moments behind our LIVE YOUNG South Korea Retreat that you don’t always see.

Our role isn’t to provide medical care. It’s to offer companionship, coordination, and non-medical support so our guests have someone familiar by their side while navigating their time in Seoul.

Because sometimes it’s the smallest gestures that make the biggest difference. 🤍

As a 58-year-old gerontologist and Healthy Aging Coach, I created the Live Young South Korea Retreat to bring women together through experiences centered around healthy aging, longevity, self-confidence, and meaningful connection.

And these past two days have been a reminder of why this experience means so much to me.

I came all the way to South Korea with ZERO skincare. 😂

And yes, I did that on purpose.

Why would I pack a suitcase full of skincare when I’m headed straight to Seoul?!

I got here 5 days before our LIVE YOUNG Retreat begins, so of course one of my first stops was Olive Young. If you know me, you already know I could spend HOURS in there. 😂

At 58 and as a gerontologist, I’m always looking at what I can actually incorporate into my routine to support my skin as I age. And Korea is one of my favorite places to learn, try new things, and see what’s happening in skincare and healthy aging.

Right now, we’re getting everything ready before our 12 incredible women arrive, and I cannot WAIT to take you along with us. 🇰🇷💗
