HOT OIL TREATMENT

1 cup extra virgin Olive Oil
3-4 drops eucalyptus essential oil

Preparation and application:
Mix oils together and place in a microwave safe bowl( Pyrex if you have one) microwave 30 seconds. Massage hot oils into dry, damaged hair focusing on the ends, which are usually the most damaged. Cover your hair with a plastic shower cap for 20 to 25 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly. Wash with a delicate shampoo. I recommend sulfate free shampoo .You will feel a difference immediately and the performance of your hair and styling will be a breeze!

Sugar Lips Exfoliation~This is something I do once a week but use when needed.)
Lips are not immune to the accumulation of dead skin cells, and we often exfoliate our skin but avoid the lip area. Your kisser needs some sugar!

What you'll need:
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon honey

Preparation and Application:
Mix sugar and honey with a spatula or spoon until you have a grainy paste. Apply to lips like a lip gloss, gently scrubbing in a circular motion in an effort to remove dead skin cells and reveal soft, kissable lips. I would also suggest using a balm afterwards.This treatment can also be used for the body. I would recommend using this in he shower as it can be quite messy. For body: Use 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup honey. Concentrating on areas that are drier.( Elbows, knees, bottoms of feet) Great for use before using self tanners. Hope you enjoy this one and try it!
