When we don't trust ourselves, we become people-pleasers, chronic over-thinkers, and permission-seekers. We hand our power over to everyone else and wonder why we feel so exhausted, so invisible, so… lost.

Here's what I've learned after decades of teaching Kundalini Yoga:
You can't think your way back to yourself. You have to breathe your way there.

The body holds the truth your mind is too busy to hear. And Kundalini gives you the map to get back to it β€” through movement, mantra, and breath that cuts through the noise and lands you right back in your own knowing.

Yeah. Me too. For a long time.

We've been conditioned to look outward for validation β€” from partners, parents, bosses, social media. And slowly, quietly, we started to doubt the one voice that was always trying to guide us home.
