We’re excited to introduce Palisades House, Key Healthcare’s newest residential treatment home for adolescents ages 12–17.

Located in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, Palisades House builds on the foundation of our Malibu Residential Treatment Center, a program that has helped many teens and families find hope, healing, and lasting change. By expanding our residential services, we’re able to provide care and support to even more adolescents who need it.

At Palisades House, we believe that healing happens best in an environment where teens feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Our home was designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming space where adolescents can focus on their mental health while maintaining a sense of normalcy and connection.

We work with teens facing a range of challenges, including:
• Anxiety and depression
• Trauma and PTSD
• Mood disorders
• Substance use and co-occurring concerns
• Family conflict and communication challenges
• Self-harm and suicidal ideation

Key Healthcare was recently featured by FRANCE 24 in a segment covering the Meta trial and the growing mental health crisis among teens, and how we’re seeing real success helping teens get out of isolation and back into life.

This is what we’re seeing in our clients every day. More isolation, constant comparison, and increased exposure to harmful behaviors driven by how these platforms are used.

What’s been working for us is simple. We meet teens where they actually connect. Music, adventure, surf therapy, conversation. It gets them out of their heads and back into feeling something real.
