I would recommend keeping this in your back pocket!

One of my go to daily routines in cooking is using herb stems!

Add in the stems of herbs - did you know the stems actually have more flavor/ nutrients than the leaves!

I love to use cilantro when making Mexican, Thai , Asian dishes and parsley , roasemary, thyme when making Italian, American etc

So easy and also great you don’t have to waste any part of the herb either!

I love cooking with lentil and bean pastas for added fiber and protein but I don’t love that they get gummy and mushy! Here is how to make sure they stay in the proper shape!

Cook in salted boiling water until still firm

Drains and rinse in cold water

Then add into your sauce and warm up then serve! Get the perfect pasta every time

Fast , fresh and so flavorful sundried tomato olive tapenade white fish! Dinner ready in less than 20 minutes. This dish tastes delicious and makes you feel good!

2 lbs cod or favorite white fish
Kosher salt and pepper
1 cup sundried tomatoes- olive oil packed
1 cup Kalmata olives
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 cup fresh parsley
2 tbsp capers
1 tbsp lemon zest- save juice for serving
1/4 cup olive oil (chef Danielle)
2 tbsp fresh chopped oregano - for serving

Heat oven 400’f. Pat fish dry season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.

Add relish ingredients into a food processor and chop or chop by hand. Spoon mixture over fish and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Finish with fresh oregano and lemon juice.
