TRADER JOE’S Find: “ORGANIC SPAGHETTI SQUASH PASTA” 🍝😀

Do you CRAVE PASTA with a nice pesto or tomato sauce but can’t risk a BLOOD SUGAR SPIKE?

Check this out!!

✅Trader Joe’s is offering a box of dehydrated spaghetti squash “pasta” for 💰3.99!

✅ I check the ingredients and there is nothing but dried spaghetti squash!

✅ It is low carb, low fat, and is less than 20 on the glycemic index

I’m far from lazy in the kitchen, heck I even grow my own spaghetti squash but it does take time to process and cook it!😉

This package of dehydrated ready to boil spaghetti squash pasta is something that I will try and put in my pantry!

Ruby is the color of my California fall!

The tree leaves are just starting to patina and blush in Los Angeles while pomegranate trees offer their last bounty of the season.

My fingernails are also glowing with the color of the season!
