A mama focused on the task at hand, crushing her natural birth plan! As her doula, I came in prepared for anything, from herbal remedies to acupressure, and we hit the hospital at 7:30 pm. After a smooth transition, mama got her epidural at 2:30 am, and our little one arrived at 5:50 am in just 5 pushes. I'm beyond proud of you, mama!
