I tested coffee on an empty stomach with my glucose monitor, and even with no sugar or food, my blood sugar still climbed. For some people, caffeine before food can trigger a stress response that may lead to jitters, hunger, cravings, or an energy crash.

An Anti inflammatory diet changed every part of my body. Even after losing 90 I was still bloated, puffy and had a moon face.
