🍌 Got ripe bananas and not sure what to do with them? How about making some healthy cookies? 🍪✨

All you need:
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1 ¾ cups oatmeal
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• Cinnamon if desired and Chia is desired

Directions:
Mash the bananas, then mix in the oatmeal and chocolate chips. Add cinnamon if you’d like a little extra flavor. Add Chia seeds for extra protein, fiber, omega 3’s and nutrition! Scoop onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet sprayed lightly with oil to help prevent sticking. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, then add a little extra cinnamon on top if desired and bake for another 4 minutes.

Simple, delicious, and a great way to use up those ripe bananas! 🍌💛

Swipe → if this feels familiar 💛

If you’re a woman in midlife and feel in control around food all day…
but at night it feels like everything unravels—

You are not alone.

So many women I work with say:
“I’m fine all day… and then at night I lose control.”

This isn’t about willpower.
And it’s not something you have to keep handling on your own.

After 25+ years as a dietitian and eating disorder specialist, I’ve seen how powerful the right kind of support can be.

That’s why I’m starting a small, supportive group for women who want to:
• Feel calm and in control around food
• Break the binge/restrict cycle
• Let go of guilt and shame
• Move away from dieting and extremes

This is not a diet group.
This is real support, real tools, and a space where you don’t have to do this alone.

After 25+ years as a dietitian and eating disorder specialist, I can tell you this:

Emotional eating isn’t about lack of willpower.

Especially in midlife—when hormones, stress, and life transitions all collide—it can feel harder than ever.

You don’t need another diet.

You need support that actually works for your life. 🌿🤍

I’m opening a few 1:1 spots this month for women who want a realistic, sustainable approach.

“Hi! I’m Ellen Reiss-Goldfarb. I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist with over 25 years of experience. 🙌

I work with adults who feel stuck in cycles of binge eating, emotional eating, or chronic dieting, and want a more peaceful relationship with food.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. Together, we look at the emotional and behavioral patterns around eating while building practical tools that support lasting change.

My goal is to help you move away from guilt and shame around food and feel more balanced, confident, and at ease in your body.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to support you.” 🌿🤍💛

If you feel stuck in cycles with food… you’re not alone.

Many of the people I work with have spent years going back and forth between trying to “be good” and then feeling out of control around food.

Binge eating.
Emotional eating.
Starting over again and again.

It can feel exhausting.

That’s exactly why I created this group.

✨ Finding Peace with Food is a small, supportive 6-week group designed to help you:
• understand your patterns with food
• reduce guilt and shame
• build a more balanced, sustainable way of eating

This is not about another diet.
It’s about finally feeling more at peace with food and your body.

✔ 6-week virtual group
✔ Small group (6–8 people)
✔ $390 total

If you’ve been thinking about getting support but don’t want to do this alone, this can be a really helpful place to start.

Today is a beautiful reminder to honor and celebrate women everywhere. 🙌

So many of the women I work with carry an enormous amount of pressure — pressure to look a certain way, eat a certain way, and live up to unrealistic expectations.

On this International Women’s Day, I want to remind every woman reading this:

You do not have to shrink yourself to be worthy.
You do not have to be perfect to be enough.
And your value has never been defined by your body.

You are already enough — exactly as you are.🤍🌿

Let today be a reminder to treat yourself with the same kindness and compassion you so often give to others.

Happy International Women’s Day 💜
