I moved to the US, and six years ago I met a rookie Uroš Medić // Урош Медић 🇷🇸 who was making his DWCS debut.

Blaming pasta or protein (?) for childhood obesity is clickbait. The real problem is everything happening around it.
The traditional Mediterranean diet worked because 1950s society was built around it, in many cases with one parent at home with the time to cook every most meals from scratch. Today, convenience wins by default. Combine that with a complete absence of nutritional education in schools, and you end up with a health crisis.

A perfect example is Dante Leon. We have been working together for 4 years now, and he is truly the ideal athlete to optimize from a performance standpoint. The slides highlight just a few of the qualities that make our work so successful.

Weight cutting is an inherent professional hazard that should only be done by adults who accept the risks. The sports science around it is constantly evolving, and I will never hide behind a false sense of perfection. Full disclaimer: early in my career, I also believed that adding salt to a hot bath helped pull extra water. I dropped that method years ago when the data disproved it.
Last week, I was doing a consultation with new CapoNutrition athlete, Tal Pistiner. When he brought up his routine of mixing Epsom salt and rubbing alcohol in a hot bath, it inspired me to make this post.
