After all my summer travel, I could feel the effects of eating away from home, drinking from plastic bottles, eating seed oils, eating and drinking processed foods, having less exercise, not sleeping, laundry chemicals (scents) and so many things that I’ve become sensitive to while traveling these days. We are exposed to a lot and we do the best we can, but I’m glad I can do Colonics, Lymphatic Drainage and my Infrared sauna now that I’m home to deeply recover and get myself back on track. Phew! It’s been a fun summer and definitely looking for a bit more rhythm of the Fall. See you soon!

Colonics can seem scary if you’ve never tried it. That was me too, nervous and not knowing if I could ever feel better. Now I know and I’ve discovered a key component to good health is detoxification. I love new clients so I can teach them how it all works. See you soon!
