Only use ingredients which add value to your skin and make sure that the molecule is small enough to actually pe*****te into your skin.

When it comes to anti aging, acne, rosacea, etc - I focus on the root cause. I study what exactly happens to our skin when we are faced with these things and that tells me all the information I need to know.
For example: aging/fine lines/wrinkles... that can be attributed to the fact that our body naturally stops producing certain key elements that maintain ‘youthful skin’. Such as: collagen, elastin, lipids. And by replenishing what our body naturally stops producing, we therefore slow down the aging process and maintain that ‘youthful’ glow. ✨

I will sometimes alternate my routine but generally, this is it. I stick to simple ingredients + products that I KNOW, for a fact, will give me my desired results. I trust in science, research and most importantly; the human body.

The past 4 months have been all about growth.
Not just growth for myself, but growth for my family’s small skincare business .. something we’ve built with our own hands and genuinely care so deeply about.

I’ve been trying to become more intentional with everything lately.
Showing up consistently on TikTok and Instagram.
Being more mindful about what I share.
Keeping a diary full of client conversations, skincare notes, ideas, tips, ingredients, questions, and things I eventually want to teach and talk about.

I’ve also taken a huge step at the lab.
Learning how to formulate, understanding our packaging, suppliers, production, and seeing how everything really functions behind the scenes. I’ve learned so much already, but stepping into a bigger role and learning how to “be the boss” has honestly been one of the hardest parts too.

Some days feel exciting and motivating.
Some days feel really overwhelming.

Being a small business means we don’t always have the resources bigger brands have, and sometimes the pressure and anxiety can feel very heavy when you care this much about a goal. But I’m trying my best to stay hopeful, stay disciplined, stay connected to my faith, and keep believing that hard work, consistency, and intention will eventually lead somewhere beautiful.

So if I’ve seemed extra busy lately… this is why.
I’m just trying to build something meaningful with my family and share what we create with the world 🤍
