10 lawnmowers ea side
10 weighted squats and 10 squat pull ups
Varied squats w push presses
around the world then halos with knee ups
2 variations of devil press times 10 ea
chin up hang hold 10 seconds
sit to stand
rows, pull downs, legs ups
mason twists
weighted scissors
Mix repeat
Full body daily min 15 mins

Definitely not feeling ready for my next race...But had a great workout today!!

Short but was more out of breath than after my last 50k

Short run yesterday to make up for a pretty bad circuit.
Only 15 mins today
But was good
I'm at a familiar stage where I have a big race coming up and i'm not ready, so need to decide if i'm going for it?

Form and strength were pretty bad today. But pushed through 20 minutes, and tomorrow's a new day. Hope everybody's doing well. Keep going

I know that you're supposed to choose body sections each day, so the other areas can rest and develop. But I never rest or stretch before or after running, so don't come here for advice.
I do full body every day.
