If you’re experiencing excess estrogen symptoms in perimenopause, here’s what’s happening with your liver⤵️

Phase 1️⃣ detox breaks estrogen into metabolites. Phase 2️⃣ packages them to exit through bile and stool. When bile is sluggish (common!!) or phase 2 is under-resourced, estrogen gets reabsorbed in the gut and recirculated

That’s how you land in an estrogen-dominant state…even when your labs look “normal”

So it’s not that you have “too much estrogen,” it’s actually about⤵️
→ low progesterone (common!!)
→ sluggish liver detox
→ gut recirculation (we can see your beta-glucuronidase marker on the GI MAP)

Unopposed estrogen FEELS like: breast tenderness, heavy/clotty periods, PMS mood swings, jawline breakouts, mid-cycle bloating

The fix isn’t just “more hormones”… it’s supporting your entire system (nervous system, blood sugar, gut, liver) so hormones can actually move through

Personally I do all of ⬆️that⬆️ and use ’s natural progesterone cream (and capsules) for sleep, mood + PMS support. One pump on clean skin, once daily (capsules in my luteal phase)

Your skin is literally a mirror of your liver’s health 💛

Dull complexion? Acne along the jawline? Dark circles? That’s often your liver trying to tell you it needs support

🫜Beets🫜 are detox powerhouses packed with betalains that support Phase 2 liver detoxification AND bile flow—which means better digestion, clearer skin, and that coveted glow from the inside out

BLENDER BEET JUICE RECIPE⤵️

Blend 3-4 raw beets + 3-4 chunks ginger + juice of 1 lemon + 2 cups filtered water. Strain and take a shot daily before your biggest meal (add a splash of apple cider vinegar for extra liver love)

Your skin will thank you ✨

PCOS is now PMOS🧬

After a 14-year global consensus involving 14,000+ patients and practitioners, The Lancet officially renamed polycystic o***y syndrome → Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. The metabolic + endocrine dysfunction that drives it is finally in the name where it belongs

Here’s why that matters: at the center of the wheel is insulin—your body’s primary tool for regulating blood sugar. When insulin goes haywire, the rest follow: estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, even TSH

That’s where myo-inositol comes in. Research shows it can help:
🌙 Improve insulin sensitivity
🌙 Support metabolic + hormonal profiles
🌙 Regulate menstrual cycles
🌙 Support ovulation

One randomized controlled trial even compared myo-inositol head-to-head with metformin for glycemic control and lipid profiles in women with PCOS/PMOS

So every evening, I stir ’s In-Sol Balance—their myo-inositol product—into a warm cup of tea as part of my bedtime routine🍵

My travel wellness kit ✈️

Travel is always fun. Feeling bloated, dehydrated, hungover, constipated, exhausted, or fully dependent on gas station or airport snacks? Not my vibe.

My rule is simple: don’t aim for perfection—aim for prevention

Things I like to pack⤵️

✚ Electrolytes for hydration + minerals
✚ Protein snacks for blood sugar
✚ Digestive enzymes for restaurant meals
✚ Magnesium glycinate for sleep + regularity
✚ B vitamins for energy + stress support
✚ Vitamin C, NAC + greens packets for immune/antioxidant support
✚ Activated charcoal for the “my stomach feels weird” or “I drank too much” moments

And once I arrive: get outside and breathe, walk (barefoot if possible), hydrate, eat a real meal, and get sunlight on my face

Travel should feel good. If it doesn’t, your body just needs a little backup.

Comment ✨SUPPLEMENTS✨ and I’ll send you a link to get dialed in on a healthy travel supplement stack of your own or DM me with specific questions. I’m sure I can help!
