Craniosacral uses gentle hands-on touch to directly relax your nervous system on a very deep level and help your body address a variety of issues including: trauma, headaches/migraines, allergies, TMJ, and chronic pain. Readings are available over the phone, and video call. These sessions are $50. I can also add distance energy healing to your reading for $100.
