Healing Acne

Acne is something that I have personally struggled with since my pre-teens, so I definitely have a soft spot for other acne sufferers! I will add that if you do wear Foundation you can just use a non-tinted SPF underneath. If you're one of those people who are low on vitamin D and you want to get it through the Sun, just get it through your arms and legs (in a timely manner, don't burn) and keep your face protected with SPF and wear a hat to minimize chances of hyperpigmentation , premature aging and burning.
