Last week’s floating sound bath was so surreal! 🌊✨
We talked about staying true to ourselves, saying YES to new opportunities, opening ourselves to abundance, and having the courage to step through the thresholds in front of us.

What is hope?

The feeling that something new is still possible… even when we can’t see it yet.

Yesterday we gathered outside by the water for a meditation + sound bath — creating space to slow down, reconnect, and allow that sense of regrowth to return while resetting our nervous system.

I had such a beautiful morning gathering outside with an amazing group of women for breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement before Torah learning.

Together we slowed down, felt the breeze through the trees, and reflected on how even the places that feel broken or cracked, can guide us back toward wholeness.

Grateful to have shared this space with such a special group of women.

✨ Sometimes the places that feel broken are the very places where the light begins to enter. ✨
