Not everyone comes to teacher training to become a teacher.

Our students come in curious and leave with new friendships, new clarity, career pivots they did not see coming, and a relationship with themselves that is different from the one they walked in with.

Field Day is getting a glow up! 

We are bringing it indoors to beat the heat and the new format is better than anything we originally planned. Here is what August 30th looks like:

Jessica Rosen is kicking things off with a 75-minute Field Day Flow set to a live DJ set by our newest teacher Mike Hardin.

Then we are breaking into teams for classic field day competition, yoga freeze dance, a relay race, a plank race, a push up contest, and more. Tickets get raffled off throughout for prizes including four months of unlimited yoga, gift cards to MATE, Henrietta, and Good Used Book.

We wrap up with snacks, friendship bracelets, lanyards, and a closing ceremony.

This is the last hurrah of Camp ODD and it is going to be the most fun we have had all summer. Spots are limited, it costs about the same as a sound bath, and you are getting a whole lot more. 

Bring your scavenger hunt board. Bring your competitive spirit. Bring a friend.

We did not realize how much we missed doing things just for the fun of it until Camp ODD started.

The scavenger hunt has been one of the best parts of this summer and watching people run around the studio trying to find answers, make friends with strangers, and fill up their boards has reminded us why we built this place to begin with.
