I was 19 years old in 1998, and now here we are in 2026 at the age of 47. This is what a multi-therapeutic approach can do.
I’ve been focused on age management since the age of 28, and with the advancements in the beauty industry, it has helped tremendously throughout my aging process. We can never stop aging — that’s impossible. But what we can do is slow the process down through consistency, education, and a multi-therapeutic approach.
This consists of activating skin cells, muscles, lymphatic flow, and addressing the internal factors that all play a role in how we age.
I don’t live a perfectly clean lifestyle, but I can tell you moderation has absolutely been part of the game plan.
And please remember — stop asking ChatGPT for a one-size-fits-all answer when ChatGPT does not know you. Everyone is different. Every journey is different. Seeking guidance from a seasoned skincare professional can help direct you toward the right sequence for your skin condition, concerns, and goals.
Special shoutout to my girl , DNP MBA 🇳🇬 | Clinical Aesthetics • Los Angelesing me throughout this journey. Some of the advanced treatments we’ve combined together include PRF for under-eyes, .offXERF 세르프eatments, PDO threads, laser facials, PRP microneedling, Sculptra, and Daxxify.
What I’ve personally done consistently on myself: Therapies, , nightly facial lymphatic drainage, electroporation infusion, and other customized therapies.
Like I said… it’s all about treatment stacking.
Remember people, this is a marathon — not a sprint. Aging is a privilege. How you support the journey matters.
