Dear Soul Fam,

Thank you. 🤍

I’m still trying to fully let it sink in just how much love and support surrounded me after whathappened.

This whole experience was so unexpected, strange, and honestly overwhelming at times. There were even a few days when I isolated a little, not because I didn’t appreciate the support, but because receiving that much love was something I wasn’t quite prepared for.

I’ve spent so much time practicing what I preach: being open, allowing, surrendering, trusting.

And this experience gave me the opportunity to practice the other side of that, too: receiving.

To every person who donated, shared, checked in, sent a message, or simply held me in your heart, you helped me rebuild and reminded me of the power of community.

I’m so grateful to continue sharing sound healing in whatever ways it continues to unfold.

And if the last ten years have taught me anything, it’s that I could never have predicted where one little bowl would lead me. So I’m excited to see what comes next.
