Remember to work with the client as a unique person....
And do your due diligence on referrals. Know the PTs and allied health professionals your clients are working with.

Movement is healing but has to be the appropriate dosage for the individual.

A year ago I couldn't even picture what life would look like at this time a year later. I didn't know how I'd be able to get back to my movement practice, the part of my daily schedule that is vital time for me. And somehow here we are!

I truly now understand the saying "the days are long but the years are short". I can't believe it's been a full year since our lives changed forever. Lots of challenges, lots of love.

Let's normalize celebrating Moms on the labor and birthing days, recognizing these insane, incredible, traumatic, and powerful moments. 💪 In creating and nurturing a tiny human, what a journey.🙀

I'm so proud of what I've endured, what I've moved through, and how far I've come in a year.
Happy birthday lil dude 💝
