People often ask me, "When should someone call a patient advocate?"
The answer is usually when life suddenly becomes overwhelming.
Maybe a parent has just received a difficult diagnosis.
Maybe a loved one came home from the hospital, and something just doesn't feel right.
Maybe family members are trying to make important healthcare decisions while living in different cities.
Those are the moments when families don't just need information. They need someone in their corner.
One of the greatest privileges of my work is helping families find clarity, ask the right questions, and feel supported during some of life's most difficult transitions. đź’™
