Break the Diet Cycle
3 main things I did to reach my goal weight and feel better from inside out π©΅
1. Actually stopped dieting!! Focoused on eating foods that I actually wanted to eat (Rice, Organic Pasta etc) and controlled portions
2. Eat Carbs β they are actually so important and you dont have to remove them or be scared of them
3. Remove processed foods that are sold to you as healthy but actually are not!
