Savory Brioche Buns 🥯✨

Soft, fluffy, and packed with flavor! Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or as a snack.

Makes about 10 buns
Approximately 90 calories per bun (depending on the filling).

Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• 100g fromage blanc or quark
• 120g flour of your choice
• ½ packet baking powder
• Salt, pepper, and spices of your choice
• Filling of your choice: feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, chorizo, bacon, chicken, etc.

Instructions:
Mix the egg with the fromage blanc and season to taste. Add the flour, then stir in the baking powder. The dough should be quite sticky. Fold in your chosen filling. Using two spoons, form small mounds on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Add a little extra filling on top if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Enjoy warm or cold!

Ingredients:
• 500g fromage blanc or Skyr
• 3 eggs
• 50g sweetener of choice
• 50g flour or cornstarch
• A handful of chocolate chips (optional)
• 200g frozen raspberries

Instructions:
Whisk together the fromage blanc, eggs, and sweetener until smooth. Add the flour or cornstarch and mix well. Pour the batter into a 20cm silicone or parchment-lined baking pan. Scatter the raspberries and chocolate chips over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes, keeping an eye on it as baking times may vary. Let cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator before serving. Store refrigerated and enjoy cold!

Add the olive oil, then mix in the flour and breadcrumbs until evenly coated. Spread onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at **180°C (350°F)** for about **30 minutes** until crispy and golden. Let cool before serving. Enjoy as a snack or add to salads and bowls for extra crunch!

**Homemade Focaccia 🍞✨**

**Ingredients:**
• 500g bread flour
• 420ml warm water
• 20g fresh yeast or 5g dry yeast
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 11g salt

**Instructions:**
Mix warm water, honey, olive oil, and yeast in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add flour and salt, then mix until combined. Cover and rest for 15 minutes. Perform a series of stretch-and-folds every 15 minutes, for a total of 3 rounds. Refrigerate overnight. Transfer dough to a greased 23x33cm pan, shape into a rectangle, and let rise for 2 hours. Drizzle with olive oil, press dimples into the dough, and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary. Bake at **220°C (425°F)** for **25 minutes** until golden. Cool before slicing.

Mix the nut butter, honey (or agave), and melted coconut oil. Stir in the puffed quinoa until well combined. Press the mixture into a lined 20cm pan. Spread melted dark chocolate on top and sprinkle with sea salt. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, then cut into bars. About **120 calories per bar**!

Baked Beef Wraps 🌯🧀

A delicious, easy, and protein-packed meal that's perfect for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:
• 6 wraps
• 350g lean ground beef (5% fat)
• 200g tomato pulp or tomato sauce
• 1 small red onion
• Salt & pepper
• Paprika
• Garlic powder
• Grated mozzarella
• Fresh parsley or chives

Instructions:
Sauté the chopped red onion in a pan, then add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir in 2 tbsp of tomato sauce and cook for about 10 minutes. Spread a spoonful of tomato sauce on each wrap, add the beef mixture, and top with mozzarella. Roll the wraps tightly and place them in a baking dish. Add a little more tomato sauce and extra mozzarella on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and enjoy!
