I love looking back at a month like this because somehow when you’re living it, it just feels like… life. And then you look back and realize how much was actually in there.
Work. Rehab. Progress (slowww progress 😂 but progress). Friends. Laughter. Basketball. Recovery. Random gym moments in Birkenstocks. 😂 All the little things mixed in with the bigger ones.
And now we’re officially in Leo season… my favorite time of year. ☀️ There’s something about this season that has always made me feel the most alive, energized and like myself. Maybe it’s the Leo in me, maybe it’s summer, probably both. 😂🦁
A little reminder to look back every once in a while. You might realize there was a lot more joy, growth and LIFE happening than you noticed while you were busy living it.
August… and birthday season… here we go. ☀️🦁✨
