I knowwww… it’s been a minute since we kicked it 😩💪🏽 BUT I’m back on my sh*t.

Not gonna lie, when life gets stressful and overwhelming, one of the first things I neglect is working out… when in reality fitness, movement, and staying active helps my stress, anxiety, energy, confidence, and discipline so much. Smh 😭

After today’s back & abs workout, I decided to refuel with a yogurt bowl using original flavor, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and goji berries 🍓✨

Benefits:
🫐 Blueberries = antioxidants + recovery support
🎃 Pumpkin seeds = protein, magnesium & hormone support
❤️ Goji berries = immune support + skin health
🥥 Coconut Cult = probiotics + gut health support

Now I’m debating if I want to drizzle a little on top for some sweet heat 🌶️🍯

Arm Day 💪🏽.

I’ve been slacking on my fitness journey like crazy! While trying to stay on track with accomplishing my goals for last quarter as well as maintaining a social life while streaming, well… fitness was put on the back burner 😢.

Now that summer is coming my social life will now take a back burner while I put the focus back on my body and fitness. I’ll still hang out with my friends, but not as frequently and with fewer drinks until my physique gets tight.

I’m locking back in!

Been slacking so much this past month that I didn't feel like working out today, but just because I didnt feel like it doesnt mean that I shouldn't have done it. So here's my Leg Day Routine.

I made this as a late night snack and it hit the spot!

I had some leftover chia seed pudding that I made with cacao, maple syrup, and almond milk, then I topped it with kiwi and goji berries.

This was full of fiber, nutrients, and love. 🥝🫐

Day 8/14 of the Body Right Challenge.


People say that waist training doesn't work, but training with a 25-steel-bone waist trainer hits different!

The extra steel bones give more structure and support, helping keep my posture aligned, core engaged, and waist compressed EVENLY with NO folding or rolling!

Waist trainers aren’t magic. You have to be consistent with your workouts and diet. This just supports the work I’m already doing.
