I knowwww… it’s been a minute since we kicked it 😩💪🏽 BUT I’m back on my sh*t.
Not gonna lie, when life gets stressful and overwhelming, one of the first things I neglect is working out… when in reality fitness, movement, and staying active helps my stress, anxiety, energy, confidence, and discipline so much. Smh 😭
After today’s back & abs workout, I decided to refuel with a yogurt bowl using original flavor, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and goji berries 🍓✨
Benefits:
