The second-generation Monarch® eTNS System is here.
On July 21, we began U.S. sales of the newest version of the only FDA-cleared, non-drug treatment for pediatric ADHD — redesigned from the ground up around one question: will a family actually keep using it every night?
What's new:
🔹 Smaller, modern design that fits on a nightstand
🔹 Color screen and a simplified interface for easier bedtime setup
🔹 Rechargeable battery — up to three nights per charge, no battery swaps
🔹 More precise stimulation control for improved comfort
How it works: a small adhesive patch worn on the forehead delivers low-level stimulation to branches of the trigeminal nerve while a child sleeps, under caregiver supervision. No pills, no clinic visits.
Monarch eTNS is available by prescription only. More than 1,500 families and providers are already on our list, and our first production run is limited.
