Give me 60 seconds and I'll tell you what took me three years of therapy to understand. Your identity shapes your decisions. It influences how visible you allow yourself to become, which opportunities you notice and how quickly you talk yourself out of taking action. Your self-worth shapes what you allow yourself to receive. The love you accept. The prices you feel comfortable charging. The level of success you can hold without immediately sabotaging it.
